I found from word go that you were human !!! Very easy to converse with and knew your stuff ... you put my mind at ease from the word go. After an awful experience at another Vauxhall dealer ... I was extremely dubious about how the service and not experience would go. I would give you 20/ 10 ... Reliable, knowledgeable and a very pleasant experience ..... you gave me great advice on the car and the team gave a great service.

Very pleased!!!
Everybody at Vauxhall have been amazing with helping me buy my first new car. Jordan has given excellent customer service and I couldn't be more pleased. They even went through the extent of wishing me a happy birthday by putting a massive bow on the bonnet and providing me with a cleaning kit, a box of chocolates and a set of mats! Would definitely be coming back to re-finance a new vehicle when the time comes.

Amazing Service - WJKing Farningham
I have owned my car since 2010 and have always gone to Farningham for an annual service and MOT. Every single time I have gone all the staff I have dealt with have been absolutely amazing and they can't do enough for you - especially Paul Luxford. I have been a bit unlucky lately and was involved in an accident. I rang Paul and explained what had happened and before I had even finised my sentence he was telling me to bring it over so he could have a look. The insurance company were trying to write my car off and I wanted to keep it as it has sentimental value. I went over to see Paul and straight away he looked at it and said no - that's no write off. He gave me advice as to what to do next with the insurance company and just generally made me feel a whole lot better about the situation. There was absolutely no hidden adgenda here, he wasn't trying to get any business or recommend work that didn't need to be done, he even said bring it back and he'll try and buff some of the scratches out (FOC). As I said my luck hasn't been great and I had another bump on the same side. This time i needed to replace the doors - I spoke to Paul again and advised him that I was able to get 2 new doors from the breakers and could they fit them - straight away he said yes and we sorted out a day for them to be done. They had my car all day and I know they were working on it for quite a lot of that time. When I went to collect my car Paul explained that it was a lot more work than he'd origianlly expected but they'd been able to get the doors straightened out and everything working again. He advised me that they had worked on it longer than he was charging but he said he was being fair in what he was charging me. I have to say that I thought it was more than fair as they only charged for 3 hours work! This is the kind of thing that keeps customers coming back and I will never go anywhere else. Paul is always honest and extremely fair in what he says and does and in all the years I have been going to Farningham I have never ever felt pressured into buying something I dont really need or that something has been replaced during a service that didn't need to be. Even with MOTs if my tyres have been low Paul has always said come back in 6 months and we will check them again and see if they need replacing before just saying you need new tyres. I have to say Paul Luxford at Farningham is one in a million and he (and i'm sure the rest of the service team do) goes out of his way to give you exceptional customer services and always goes the extra mile to help you. Thank you Paul and the service team for always having my back!! I can't recommend you all enough to anyone wanting to go to a main Vauxhall dealer for amazing customer service and a service you can trust! My husband is also now taking his Mercedes to my Vauxhall dealer to have it serviced and MOTd!

Unexpected Purchase!
I recently came into WJ King Welling to have my first service done and met Wade Ansell the sales consultant and my ideal car was always an Audi A1. Excellent customer experience
Recently bought a nearly new Corsa for my wife with part exchange. Air con fault - Poor response
After having an air con fault WJ King Bromley have been unable to rectify the problem and have replaced unnecessary parts. I am now following this up with Vauxhall after having no response to my email.

What more could you ask for? Took the agro out of arranging my van service with my company. Could wait with the vehicle rather than have to drop it off and come back later. Attention to customer needs whilst waiting. Less than 2 hour turn around and ensured attention to detail following valet. Top team. Hope you enjoyed the cakes?

Exellent service
I have recently purchased a car from the Network Q scheme at WJ King Bromley, and would like to commend the people involved.Firstly Stuart BRINE the salesman.I had given him details of the car I was looking for ie model, spec ,price etc, and after much searching he found the exact car that was on its way to another branch of the KING empire. He arranged for the car to diverted to Bromley so we could test drive and subsequently purchase the car. I wanted some additional parts for the car which Stuart arranged through the service manager Richard ETHERIDGE and his team.I can only praise Stuart and Richard for making the whole process smooth and simple, both departments working together seamlessly in a most professional manner.If you want a new car or vehicle service I would readily recommend that you go to WJ KING Bromley

Spoke to one of your sales team about a VW Polo. Was offered £200 for my average condition Fiesta and when I said I would think about not going ahead the salesperson hung up on me without even a thank you. Very rude

Crossland X
We had been looking for a crossland x over a couple of months. We wanted a special model and colour and found one at W J King Gravesend. We purchased this vehicle and on collection we noticed a few problems with this vehicle, which was promised to be rectified. We are now 3 months further down the line from buying this vehicle and the problems still hadn't been sorted out. After another fortnight things have finally been done and we have a car in which we wanted in the first place. This has left a bad feeling with this car, in so much we have had to make a decision in to get ride of the car. This has been a hard time for us and its cost us £3800 . Please don't take your car away and be told they will sort it out?

Product Recall - fobbed off
I contacted the Rochester branch after receiving a recall notice from Vauxhall. I was deliberately fobbed off, asking me to contact another dealer because I’d have to wait until september to get my car checked, I said that they were my nearest dealer and laughed when I said, no I wanted to go onto the waiting list. They would call me back in a few days to book me in. That failed to happen.
